The club intend to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Junior Section at the Keepmoat Stadium Office on Wednesday the 30th June 2010 commencing at 7pm. Your attention is drawn to following constitutional matters:
1. Only fully subscribed members may attend and vote (parents may exercise the vote of minors under the age of 16 years).
2. Nominations for any of the committee positions may be submitted to the Secretary of the Junior Section no later than 14 days prior to the meeting (Wednesday 16th June 2010).
