Anti Doping Policy
The FA runs a drug-testing programme throughout the year in conjunction with all football clubs. In registering with the Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies Football Club all players have given their consent to random testing for prohibited substances, which may take place at any time, and declared that they will inform the Club prior to the start of any game of all medicines they may be taking.
Child Protection Guidelines
The Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies Football Club has identified one person to be responsible for dealing with allegations or suspicions of abuse. This person being the Club Welfare officer. All members of the club should know who the named Club Welfare officer is and how to contact them.
It is not the role of the Named Club Welfare officer to decide whether a child has been abused or not. This is the task of Children’s Social Services who have the legal responsibility. It is the responsibility of the Named Club Welfare officer to ensure that concerns are dealt with and appropriate action taken.
Child Protection Policy
The Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies Football Club acknowledges its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of every child and young person who has been entrusted to its care and is committed to working to provide a safe environment for all members. A child or young person is anyone under the age of 18 engaged in any club football activity. We subscribe to The Football Association's child protection and best practice policy and procedures and endorse and adopt the policy statement contained in that document.
Committee Members Code Of Conduct
All committee members will be police checked. All committee members will ensure that the objectives of the clubs constitution are carried out to the best of their means. Decisions made by the committee will be made in the best interests of all players, staff, parents, guardians, sponsors and spectators of the club.
Constitution
The association and its property will be administered and managed in accordance with the provisions in Parts 1 and 2 of this constitution.
Crowd Safety Policy
Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies Football Club will abide at all times by the in-stadia safety and security legislative framework.

Health & Safety Policy
Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies Football Club is working towards a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy and is bound to abide by the Health and Safety at Work Act. This lays down certain duties on all members. The duties are to take care of their own safety and that of other members and visitors and to co-operate with the Management Committee and its officers to enable it to carry out its responsibilities.
Managers & Officials Code Of Conduct
Managers and coaches must abide by the rules and regulations as determined by Doncaster Rovers Belles ladies Football Club. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in disciplinary action being taken.
Parents & Guardians Code Of Conduct
Parents, guardians or spectators must accept all decisions of managers, coaches and match officials without question or protestation. Parents, guardians or spectators must accept success, failure, victory and defeat with good grace, and without excessive displays of emotion.
Player Code Of Conduct
All players must abide by the rules of the Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies Football Club, and by the laws of the game. The rules of the Football Association, and the rules of any competition in which they participate.
Player Registration Form
All players, parents or guardians are required sine these forms and return them to Paul Green (Club Secretary) as soon as practically possible. Failure to return the forms will prevent continuation of membership.
Risk Management Policy
Risks are inherent in all aspects of Football and Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies Football Club acknowledges the role of risk management as critical to the safe and controlled provision of the sport to players, officials and spectators.
