Paul Green
Paul comes from a very strong football background, with his father being an ex-professional player, coach, chief scout and football league manager who today is the Chief Scout at Southampton. Paul followed his father into football and signed for Scunthorpe United before moving on Rotherham United. After leaving the Millers Paul played in non league for Buxton, Bradford PA, Belper Town and Stocksbridge PS before being forced to retire after rupturing his cruciate ligaments.
Since retiring he has concentrated on the other side of the game and passed his UEFA 'A' licence in December 2009.
Paul assists John with the coaching of the Rovers Belles and has worked in the mens game as a scout for Wigan Athletic, Derby County, Hull City, Leicester City and Scout7.
He is currently scouting for championship side Southampton where he is sent to games to watch certain players or individual teams and compile player/team reports on them.
