An Extra Special Xmas

Doncaster Rovers Belles look to make it an extra special Christmas for local children.

Players from Doncaster Rovers Belles continued their work in the community, visiting Doncaster Royal Infirmary Children’s Ward to deliver gifts to children ahead of Christmas.

It can’t be nice for any child to be stuck in hospital over Christmas and Doncaster Rovers Belles want to do their bit to help bring some comfort to the youngsters who are facing the festive period away from home this winter.

Two of the first team squad, Sue Smith and Leandra Little along with manager John Buckley were in attendance at the hospital.

The initiative is all part of the Belles' commitment to contributing to the local community and will hopefully go some way to making Christmas a little bit more special for the children at the hospital.
