Doncaster boss John Buckley was happy with his sides point as they showed character to come back to avoid a third straight defeat at Liverpool.
“I think both sides would probably be happy with a point,” he said.
“There wasn’t a great deal between the teams.
“Liverpool certainly don’t deserve to be rock bottom but that’s what this league is like now – it's a lot more competitive and there are no easy rides.
"We showed good character to come back in to the game once we'd gone behind. We dug in and finished the game very strong and could of easily nicked it in the end.
“We changed it around and the two girls who came on, Jessica Sigsworth and Julia Ralph Scott, ran them ragged.
“After we scored I thought we were the only team who was going to go on and win it.
“In the end, the draw was probably the fair result.”
