Jess Joins Owls On Loan

Doncaster Rovers Belles young striker Jessica Sigsworth has joined Northern Combination League side Sheffield Wednesday on loan.

The 16 year old, England Under 19 international joins the Owls after becoming a Super League regular for the Belles in the second period of the WSL and will be looking to help fire the Owls towards promotion.

Belles Manager John Buckley 'Jess is still developing as a player and needs game time. This short term loan will provide that opportunity and I'm sure that she will score plenty of goals whilst on loan.'

Jess goes straight in to the Owls squad for their league game away at South Durham LFC on Sunday.
